Privacy note

When you subscribe to the PFAS Disclosure Digest we store: your email address, the optional role and company you enter, the consent wording you agreed to and its timestamp, the page you signed up from, and random tokens used for confirming and unsubscribing. We do not store your IP address (a one-way hash is used briefly for rate limiting and is not saved). We do not sell or share subscriber data, and use it only to send the digest.

Signups are double opt-in: you will receive a confirmation link before any digest is sent. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all mail immediately. To have your record deleted entirely, reply to any digest email.

Site analytics: none beyond Cloudflare's standard request logs. Data is stored on Cloudflare (D1).
